As a participator in the Tonetix programme, you shall be sure that you are in good health to undertake the moves in the programme. If you are in any doubt at all, you shall seek the advice of your health practitioner.
You should not feel any discomfort or pain. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.
If you engage in this exercise programme, you agree to do so at your own risk and voluntarily participate in these activities. You assume all risk of injury to yourself and discharge Tonetix from any claim or causes of injury.
All of the Tonetix poses are modifiable. You must agree to honour your body by adjusting the poses according to your capabilities and needs to ensure that no personal injury occurs.
When practising Tonetix, please adapt in ways suitable for you, take breaks as you need, practice in a safe space and should you feel unwell or feel pain, stop immediately and seek advice from a medical professional. If in doubt about a pose or sequence, don’t do it.
